Responsibilities Overview : Celanese partners with clients to solve critical business needs, making a positive impact globally. Key Tasks: Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering projects. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, and QA/QC policies. Interact daily with internal clients to interpret their needs and represent them in the field. Monitor the correct application of safety procedures during project execution. Qualifications What You Will Bring: Ability to work within budgets and deadlines. Excellent communication skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Fluent in English. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in multinational companies is preferred. Engineering degree (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical); Master's degree preferred. Desirable Skills: Proficiency with computer applications. Knowledge of industrial and compounding processes. Understanding of safety rules and quality standards.
