Role Overview We are hiring Visual Designers for Brand and Design Systems to help transform complex open‑source software into intuitive, efficient products. You will collaborate with a diverse design team on projects that evolve our brand guidelines, apply them to communications materials, our UI design system, and digital product graphics.
Location Remote – EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities • Work with designers, developers, and product teams to evolve brand guidelines and design system components. • Produce clear, stylish visual work that enhances user experience and supports clear content and information hierarchy. • Apply usability, accessibility, and web standards best practices to all designs. • Contribute to design strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs.
What We Are Looking For
Exceptional academic track record from high school and university.
Undergraduate degree in a technical subject or compelling alternative narrative.
Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, and share ideas without hesitation.
Track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results.
Leadership and commitment to skills development and mentorship.
Passion for technology evidenced by personal projects and initiatives.
Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
