Reinsurance Pricing and Models SpecialistSALVACONDIVIDISEGNALA UN TALENTOCANDIDATIINFORMAZIONIJob DescriptionWithin the P&C and Reinsurance Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.In particular, the selected candidate will be part of the technical stream that has the main responsibility to analyze, price and model the reinsurance treaties with a main focus on P&C. The selected candidate will join a team that closely interacts and collaborate with other Group Functions (e.g. Risk Management, Capital Management), Group Business Units, reinsurers and brokers.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Defining technical premium and measure of premium adequacy for both inward and outward reinsurance treatiesSupporting Group Business Units in optimizing their reinsurance purchase through dedicated analysisMeasuring the value creation of inward and outward reinsurance treatiesImplementing of reinsurance in IM/REPDeveloping and implementing reinsurance solutions to improve/optimize solvency positionDeveloping and maintaining technical toolsRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering or any related fieldMinimum of 1-3 years of professional experience in (re)insurance required, preferably in Reinsurance, Risk Management or Actuarial activitiesIdeally, have both risk management and pricing experience on P&C reinsurance treatiesAdvanced "MS Office" suite knowledgeExcellent analytical skillsProficient in English; other European foreign language, such as French, German, Spanish, will be considered a plusSoft Skills:Proactive approach, strong achievement and result orientedAnalytical thinker with strong attention to details and excellent problem-solving capacityCapable of developing independent opinion and defending their own views upon challengePresentation skills and good verbal and written communication skillsCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance asset management providers.
