National account assistant (internship)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The intern will support the National Sales Manager and will mainly interact with:

Sales Department

• Sales analysis using PowerBI and Orion
• Ad hoc analysis regarding sell in data and stock
• Managing reports to share with internal departments and HQ
• Manage sell-out reporting for counters

Retailers

• Products’ records with specific configurations provided by retailers
• Monthly reports regarding sell in and sell out data
• Back-office activities
• Manage counter logistics, including ordering Not For Sales material, testers, and equipment, primarily using SAP.

Trade Marketing Department

• Managing sell-out reports as preparatory tools for the sales force.

Business Analyst

• Man Data entry CSO (connected Sell out)
• Monthly report SO (by retailers ….)

PROFILE

• Master’s degree preferably in Economics/Business Management
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Precision, attention to detail, curiosity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and Power Point)
• Power BI and SAP are considered a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English
