Hotel Castello di Reschio is looking for a Pool Attendant. He/she will welcome guests to our pool, providing accurate wait times and escorting guests to the sun loungers. For this role, you should have people skills to make sure excellent service and experience for our guests. He/She will have a focused approach on collaboration. Main duties and responsabilities: - escort guest to seat, provide towels, offer menu and water - anticipate the needs of our guests, taking extreme care of details and customer service as well as communicate with the team to fulfill guest needs and requests. - collect soiled towels and trash to maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of pool area Requirements: - Passion for hospitality - Communicate effectively in English. - Must be available to work weekends Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
