Role Description
The Import/Export Officer will be responsible for managing documentation, customs procedures, and relationships with international clients both within and outside the EU.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare, manage and file import/export documentation (contracts, invoices, customs bills, various certifications such as phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, etc.)
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, administration, production, and research)
* Monitor shipments and manage customs procedures
* Support the Export Manager in international commercial activities
* Contact customers for orders management
Required Skills
* High school diploma or degree in linguistic or agricultural disciplines
* Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of at least one additional foreign language will be considered an advantage
* Good command of IT tools (MS Office package, management software)
* Strong organizational skills, accuracy and problem-solving attitude
* Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in similar roles
