Our team builds products that customers love – from mesh routers to high‑performance wired networking devices – and we're looking for you to join us in shaping the future of the connected home. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn factory test line at FATP and develop the software ecosystem consisting of physical test controllers, big data reporting systems, security certificate management, and cloud infrastructure. /liliDefine modular test strategies and limit implementation, analyze new product testability, and deliver test solutions to support the new product introduction process at eero’s manufacturing partner. /liliDevelop, qualify, and execute RF system testing, board‑level calibration, desense testing, power testing, and ensure production control processes, data analysis/interpretation GRR, Cp/Cpk, and correlation analysis are employed. /liliAutomate a wide variety of processes using techniques such as automated optical inspection, radio validation, electrical testing, interoperability assessment, and robotics automation. /liliCompile and analyze production test data using automated and visual big data analysis techniques. /liliDrive factory test quality improvements and test savings through corrective actions by monitoring functional test yield and leading weekly in‑region calls with factory. /liliGuide the hardware; test fixtures are the vehicle to interact with DUT. Ensure fixture design is aligned to cost, scale, and schedule. Engage in RFQ between eero, test vendor, and CM for best end‑to‑end testing solution. /liliTravel to Asia to deliver test solutions to manufacturing partner and work with in‑region counterparts at CM to help triage and resolve issues. /liliIntroduce test processes, monitor functional test yield, and take corrective actions to drive continuous smooth production. /liliExpand the current Python test software code base for next‑generation products. /liliProvide feedback to eero Hardware and Software/Firmware development teams to ensure future products are designed for efficient and high‑quality manufacturing. /liliLead DOEs to root‑cause test‑station‑related failures isolating to DUT, setup, or implementation. /liliCommunicate project status updates to various project stakeholders, including team members and executives within eero and OEMs. /liliAbility to travel up to 25%, including both domestic and international travel. /li /ulh3About the Team /h3pInterested in exploring career opportunities with eero?
