It collaborates with partners including communities, organizations, and governments, and is part of a national network across four Australian universities. Role Importance: The Education Director leads the CSI Education team, overseeing postgraduate, undergraduate, and executive education programs. The role involves strategic leadership, program management, and collaboration with the UNSW Business School and CSI senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Apply reflective teaching practices to enhance student learning. Oversee the planning, design, and delivery of education programs, ensuring alignment with university strategies. Contribute to strategic initiatives and facilitate team integration. Promote innovation in curriculum design and teaching quality. Lead and develop the CSI Education Team. Manage educational operations and scheduling. Candidate Profile: PhD in Social Impact or related fields like sustainability, innovation, management, etc. Experience as a scholar and educator in social impact disciplines. Strong publication record and research funding experience. Proven ability to manage academic programs and curriculum design. Leadership skills with experience supervising teams. Outstanding teaching skills, especially at postgraduate and undergraduate levels.
