Responsibilities:
• Perform equipment servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades
• Identify suitable replacements for obsolete parts
• Carry out calibration, preventive, and corrective maintenance of equipment at customer sites
• Prepare test reports upon completion of repairs, where appropriate
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance records for all service activities
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Technical knowledge and hands-on skills on monitoring, troubleshooting, servicing, maintenance and tool recovery would be an advantages
• Recent graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Willingness to work during weekends and evenings when needed for installation and service
