The Candidate will directly report to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager.
The Role:
* Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to find and attract candidates, particularly for our Engineering, R&D, Commercial, Operations, Service departments and Central Function
* Use social media tools to launch recruiting campaigns and manage the full recruitment life-cycle from intake meeting to shortlisting and interviewing candidates
* You will Identify, hunt, attract and screen candidates from across all disciplines
* Managing time effectively and keeping your business partners up to speed on a regular basis
* Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best talent, globally
* Handle the application process end to end
* Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
Requirements:
* Familiarity with the use of LinkedIn ;
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in humanities/economics/law;
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office package;
* Fluency in English is essential for this role;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Reliability, flexibility, punctuality and accuracy;
* Proactivity, problem-solving and multitasking.
* 2/3 year of previous professional experience in similar roles
* previous experience in recruitment for technical roles
