This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liNegotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product licenses, and SaaS deals /li liLead deep, relationship‑focused negotiations with the largest companies in the world /li liWrite clearly in Italian and English; Spanish language would be a plus /li liServe as a legal generalist and tech‑law expert, with deep knowledge in civil and commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations, and data protection regulations /li liAnalyze marketing, human resources, financial, and commercial projects to provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictions /li liAdvise on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information, personal data breaches, and international data transfers /li liSupport compliance, corporate, and business teams on data protection laws and governance requirements /li liParticipate in MA operations through integrations of acquired companies /li liManage and coordinate external law firms /li liCoordinate and manage potential judicial and non‑judicial disputes /li liContinuously update yourself towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgments, and regulatory guidance /li liElaborate and handle RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and public tenders /li /ul h3What will help you succeed /h3 ul liFluency in English and Italian, oral and written; Spanish would be a plus /li liAt least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in‑house legal department /li liNegotiation of national and international contracts /li liNegotiation skills /li liExperience in the labor law field /li liExperience negotiating tech‑related deals /li liExperience in the technology space /li liHighly collaborative person /li liDiscrete and low‑profile behaviour /li liAmbition to grow while helping the business grow /li /ul pThis job can be filled in bMilan /b. /p pCreate with us digital products that people love.
