In syndicated credit agreements, Loans Agency is appointed to facilitate the administrative tasks of the loan and act as an intermediary between borrower and lenders, ensuring a smooth interface between internal administration teams and originators pre ‑ syndication and serving as the main point of contact for participant banks. As the servicing unit supporting UniCredit Group as a pan ‑ European Commercial Bank, Loans Agency covers all lending products (Corporate & Acquisition, LBOs, Real Estate, Project Finance, STEF) and supports transactions across UniCredit regions (including Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE), leveraging teams based in Milan and Munich to serve clients across geographies. What you'll be doing
Supporting senior colleagues in the day administration of syndicated loan facilities Contributing to innovative initiatives including tokenisation use cases (e.g. Schuldscheine) and adoption of document sharing/workflow platforms (e.g. VC Trade, DebtDomain) Preparing and updating monthly and ad hoc management reporting including revenues and pipeline reporting Supporting internal checks related to booking and selected secondary market activities
What you'll need to succeed
Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar Good English (written and spoken); German is a plus Structured and accurate approach to tasks, with strong attention to detail Interest or familiarity with digital platforms and/or process automation Prior internship exposure to financial services, consulting or tech/digital environments Curiosity about tokenisation, digital assets and workflow/document sharing solutions
