She/He will be responsible for leading and coordinating shop floor warehouse and kitting activities within the Material Planning organization in the Avenza Shop, ensuring flawless execution in terms of EHS, Quality, and fulfillment requirements. She/He will report to the Material Planning Leader for Aero Alliance Avenza Shop. /p pstrongJob Description /strong /p pstrongEssential Responsibilities /strong /p ol liManage a team of hourly logistic shop operators and salaried logistic specialists to ensure EHS, Quality, and Delivery targets, leading regular inspections and fostering company culture values. /li liManage the internal Accumulation process by coordinating warehouse and kitting department activities to ensure the delivery of complete assembly kits to Gate 3 assembly lines according to the Shop Master Scheduler exit plan. /li liDevelop daily short-term plans for shift-by-shift tasks to meet internal targets for the accumulation process across different steps (receiving, picking, and kitting). /li liImplement Lean Management System strategies, focusing on process/work standardization, DMS, problem-solving, continuous improvement through gemba walks, and team kaizens. /li liCreate and analyze internal KPIs to drive departmental improvements and reduce TAT. /li liCollaborate with other Gates teams to achieve TAT/OTD targets and support the company's planned financial results. /li /ol pstrongQualifications / Requirements /strong /p ol liEngineering, business, or logistics degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent experience. /li liProven experience in Supply Chain/Logistics management roles. /li liAbility to adapt to and drive change within a global team in a dynamic environment. /li liCapability to manage multiple priorities and respond promptly to urgent requests. /li liDecision-making skills based on accurate and timely information. /li liFluency in Italian and English (reading, writing, speaking). /li liEU work permit. /li /ol pstrongDesired Characteristics /strong /p ol liExperience in logistics activities and warehouse management. /li liStrong analytical, organizational, and planning skills. /li liEffective collaboration with all organizational levels. /li liExcellent oral and written communication skills. /li liInterpersonal and leadership capabilities. /li liKnowledge of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. /li /ol pstrongAdditional Information /strong /p pRelocation Assistance Provided: No /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
