It delivers innovative and field‑tested science and technology (ST) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lipDesign research, service design, or strategic design roles with deep expertise in qualitative methodologies and design thinking frameworks. /p /li lipLead comprehensive user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and pain points across diverse stakeholder groups. /p /li lipFacilitate workshops and design sessions to build cross‑functional alignment and drive consensus. /p /li lipGuide teams to concrete product decisions through structured design thinking. /p /li lipDesign intuitive, accessible interfaces by translating research insights into wireframes, prototypes, and production‑ready visual designs. /p /li lipCollaborate cross‑functionally to iterate and implement designs by working with Engineering to ensure feasibility and rapidly refining solutions based on feedback. /p /li lipSynthesize findings into actionable design principles, user stories, and prioritised requirements. /p /li lipDefine and own the product vision, translating insights into a coherent strategy that guides development. /p /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications Experience /h3 ul lipA minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified university in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline. /p /li lipA minimum of 3 years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex B2B or enterprise projects, particularly data‑heavy applications and visualisations. /p /li lipStrong facilitation and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders and senior leadership. /p /li lipDeep expertise in relevant discipline methodologies and best practices. /p /li lipProfessional experience working effectively in cross‑functional agile teams. /p /li lipVery good level of spoken and written English. /p /li /ul pIf you've read the description and feel this role is a great match, we'd love to hear from you!
