We are seeking a Project Manager Sales SIE HANDELN Represent SMS group to customers and manage internal project relationships; Conduct regular project discussions and negotiations with customers and consortium members, documenting outcomes; Lead core team meetings and record results; Hold full sales project authority, acting as an "entrepreneur within the company"; Understand project goals, requirements, and bid budget; Develop project strategies in collaboration with the Core Sales Team and Project Owner Sales; Manage the Core Sales Team; Control project budget allocations (Bid Budget) until the next stage; Implement target costing based on project financials; Serve as the primary contact for negotiations and communications with customers and partners, in cooperation with Commercial and Technical Managers until contract signing; Facilitate project meetings involving the Core Sales Team or partners, including risk assessments; Travel within company guidelines and obtain necessary approvals; Request and manage all project-related data and information; Possess written power of attorney for contract negotiations, with legally binding signing authority by the authorized company representative. Desired Skills and Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Bachelor/Master); 3-4 years experience in technical sales for complex plant manufacturing companies; Proven ability to analyze complex customer requests and prepare technical proposals; Commercial acumen to develop competitive solutions and manufacturing strategies; Strong knowledge of mechanical technical drawings; basic understanding of media systems, electrical, and automation packages; Coordination skills for managing proposal teams; Willingness to travel globally; Fluent in English; German is a plus; Proficiency in MS Office (including Project) and basic SAP knowledge; Experience with drawing tools (AutoCAD, Inventor, Creo) is advantageous but not required.
