The role focuses on building scalable backend systems, APIs, and services, working within multidisciplinary teams on real-world projects across different domains.Main Activities
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for web applications.Design and implement server-side logic and data processing workflows.Work with databases and data models to ensure performance and scalability.Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to integrate application features.Contribute to system architecture and technical design decisions.Support testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.Contribute to technical documentation and project deliverables.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.Experience in backend development using Node.js (or similar technologies).Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and server-side architecture.Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL).Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.Understanding of software development workflows and version control systems.Ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment.Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g. React).Familiarity with cloud environments or deployment pipelines.Experience with microservices architectures.Knowledge of authentication, security, and performance optimization.Interest in full-stack development.
