Responsibilities
* Support internal customer satisfaction by delivering on quality, price, and service expectations;
* Collaborate with technical departments (facility, security, project management) and coordinate with the GBS Procurement team;
* Prepare and manage tenders: identify suppliers, analyze offers, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers;
* Monitor project timelines and proactively address challenges, involving the manager when needed;
* Conduct data analysis and create reports and presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
* Contribute to cost reduction initiatives and continuous process improvement.
What we need from you
* Master\'s degree in Economics or Management Engineering
* At least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
* Strong knowledge of procurement and negotiation techniques
* Excellent analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and ability to work independently
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluent English
