This role involves developing and implementing strategies to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.How You Will ContributeDevelop, refine, and execute CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.Segment the customer database and target specific groups with tailored marketing campaigns.Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalized marketing.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Retail Operations teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.Monitor and evaluate CRM initiatives using KPIs, and propose improvements.Liaise with retail management, store teams, and corporate CRM teams on CRM activities and outcomes.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices in customer data management.Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on CRM performance.Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and emerging CRM technologies for continuous improvement.Who You AreGraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Client-centric with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Over 5 years of experience in CRM management, including loyalty programs, preferably in luxury retail.Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP CRM.Analytical with the ability to interpret complex data and recommend actions.Excellent communication skills and effective team collaboration.Fluent in Japanese and English; additional languages are a plus.Pomellato is committed to diversity and equal opportunity.
