This role coordinates across departments—including supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and sales—to balance inventory levels, capacity, and lead times. The Planner uses forecasting data, sales trends, and production capabilities to create efficient and achievable schedules while minimizing costs and ensuring high service levels. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand. /li liCoordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for production. /li liMonitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses. /li liCollaborate with production team to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues. /li liAnalyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements or efficiency enhancements. /li liMaintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment. /li liUnderstand customer priorities and align with production to ensure company is meeting customer expectations. /li liProcess and manage all order launched in SAP ERP and manage backlog report. /li liCoordinate with Shipping and Receiving on incoming orders and deliveries as requested by the customer. /li liCollaborate and communicate with departments to ensure finished goods are flowing to shipping area. /li liCollect all data necessary for invoice packages on outgoing orders. /li liAbility to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines. /li /ul h3Education and Skills /h3 ul liHigh School or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or any related fields. /li liStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent organizational and time management skills. /li liProficient in using scheduling software, MS Office application and SAP Production. /li liProven experience as a production scheduler or in a similar role is preferable. /li liEffective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams. /li liAbility to learn and adapt to various operating systems and software. /li liExcellent attention to detail. /li /ul h3Work Environment /h3 pThis job operates in both an office environment and a manufacturing environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
