In this role, you drive the global Go-To-Market for Smart Glasses within a leading luxury eyewear house. You translate product capabilities into compelling market propositions and coordinate cross-functional teams across markets and channels. You’ll shape distribution, launch playbooks, and success metrics to track category performance from pre-launch to rollout. The role combines luxury, technology, and innovation to bring a disruptive product to a global audience. You will work closely with product, marketing, retail, and commercial teams to realize an ambitious growth vision.
Responsibilities
Define and lead global Go-To-Market strategies and distribution models for Smart Glasses from pre-launch to rollout
Define channel roles, priorities, and rollout sequencing with Category, Commercial, and Marketing teams
Build launch playbooks, market guidelines, and scalable GTM frameworks from scratch
Set success metrics and KPIs; establish a tracking framework for post-launch performance
Ensure assets, training materials, demos, and operational requirements are ready ahead of launches
Coordinate cross-functional teams for aligned and timely execution across markets
Analyze early performance and market feedback to continuously optimize GTM strategies
Develop knowledge of key clients and strategic partners to meet their needs
Qualifications
Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Distribution, or similar roles
Experience xlwpduy launching disruptive or hybrid categories is strongly preferred
Experience in tech, wearables, or consumer electronics is a plus
Experience in Eyewear, Beauty or Luxury industry is a plus
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes and frameworks from scratch
Strong understanding of product launches, market dynamics, and customer-centric strategies
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
