We are looking for a Plant Accounting Assistant to join our Industrial Department in our business unit Bolton Food & Trimarine based in Italy. How you make the difference
You will collaborate with your manager for management of production systems and analysis of company data.
Responsibilities:
* You will manage daily verification and analysis of production data via Excel and other business management systems (ex. SAP 4HANA).
* You will manage customized reports according to business needs.
* You will support the Industrial Team in optimizing production processes through data analysis (plant indicators, yields, KPIs, etc.).
* You will be responsible for verification and closing at the end of the month of the accounting and production movements.
* You will collaborate in the creation and updating of business procedures.
Your team:
You will become part of the Industrial Team at Cermenate Plant, reporting to the Manufacturing Systems & Data Management Italy. You will collaborate with all the Industrial Team members (Quality Control, HSE, Production, etc.).
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience (2-3 years) in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of the Office suite and Excel.
* Previous experience in SAP HANA.
* Proactivity, problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Remote working: Standard business hours with remote working options available.
