Mentor team members by sharing insights, reflections, and experiences. Passion for the client experience with in-depth knowledge of luxury client needs and expectations. Master storytelling and communication skills, listening and asking the right questions. Prioritize employee and client relationships, empowering team members with autonomy. Think innovatively to create value and magic for clients. Support and Development Assist the Store Manager in driving store strategy and achieving sales goals. Contribute to business plans that enhance sales across categories and client segments. Provide excellent, specialized customer service to develop loyal relationships. Model sales excellence and self-leadership by actively participating and problem-solving. Engage with the wider community to inspire a cohesive, energetic, and innovative team environment.
