Experteer Overview
In this role you support Maintenance System Engineering activities for existing rolling stock, interfacing with suppliers and customers. You optimize maintenance plans, lead or support retrofit/modification efforts, and provide high-level engineering backing to depot operations to address revenue-service issues. You participate in technical meetings, handle project and métier reporting, and help implement risk mitigation, change orders, and knowledge sharing. Based in Savigliano, you contribute to Alstom's mission of smarter, more sustainable mobility.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Optimize maintenance plans for existing rolling stock
* Lead or support retrofit/modification activities on rolling stock
* Provide high-level engineering support to depot operations for revenue-service issues (investigation to modification and closure)
* Participate in technical meetings with project management and customers as needed
* Perform project-level and métier-level reporting (KPI, etc.)
* Assist for engineering risk mitigation plans, change order processes, and QCD optimization

Responsabilità
* More than 2 years in Railways engineering domain
* English and communication skills
