We're opening a new store in Florence and we're looking for an enthusiastic, humble, and reliable person who shares our values and loves artisanal products. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant based in Florence. You'll be a key part of the in-store experience—welcoming customers, telling the story behind our products, and helping people find the right pieces for their homes or as gifts. Key responsibilities Provide warm, thoughtful customer service and build meaningful customer relationships Support sales and help customers choose products with taste and attention to detail Assist with daily store operations (opening / closing, cash desk, store standards) Support visual merchandising and product displays Help with inventory management (receiving, restocking, stockroom organization) Collaborate with the team to keep the store calm, beautiful, and well‐organized Who We're Looking For Must-have Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written) Strong communication and interpersonal skills A customer‐first mindset and a positive, hands‐on attitude Organized, precise, reliable and humble.
