Business And Division Description
Electrification Business Area – Distribution Solutions Division – Medium Voltage Switchgear
Location
This role is open globally but preferred locations are Finland, Italy, Poland and Norway. The work model is hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive global product marketing for the Secondary product line within Medium Voltage Switchgear.
* Define, plan, and implement go-to-market strategies, especially for large tenders and frame agreements.
* Create and communicate product value propositions and positioning to support sales and services.
* Evaluate market opportunities, benchmark competition, and identify white spots.
* Define gross margin corridors and factory allocations aligned with strategy.
* Promote technical solutions using a value-based selling approach to generate product demand.
* Foster cross-functional collaboration with peers, customers, partners, and suppliers.
* Support the organization with empathy and a positive mindset, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in global product marketing within a relevant industry.
* Demonstrated ability to drive market penetration through strategic go-to-market planning.
* Strong customer focus across diverse countries and markets.
* Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
* Collaborative mindset with a “one level up” approach to teamwork.
* Experience in leadership roles with a positive, can-do attitude.
