We Are Recruiting a Project Manager – Sales Strategy & Operations As a Sales Operations specialist, you will drive operational and strategic initiatives that influence our sales performance and growth. This role involves project ownership, conceptual thinking, and hands-on execution. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and leadership teams to design and implement initiatives supporting agent productivity, market expansion, and scalability. This position is ideal for a former consultant or project manager with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills eager to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities: Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end strategic and operational projects in sales, agent lifecycle, and market expansion. Process Design & Optimization: Improve processes related to recruiting, onboarding, enablement, and performance management. Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs, tracking tools, reports, and dashboards for performance analysis. Expansion Support: Assist in planning, setup, and rollout of new locations or services, collaborating with Sales and Leadership. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align and achieve project goals. Business Insights: Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making. Ideal Profile: 3–5 years in management consulting, business operations, or project roles within fast-paced or growth environments. Experience managing complex projects with a structured, results-driven approach. Understanding of commercial processes and sales operations, preferably in a service or B2C setting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels. Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable in dynamic environments with changing priorities. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with CRM/reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
