OverviewWe are looking for an Outerwear Production Quality Controller to join our team based in Romania.Your ImpactThe Production Quality Controller will be responsible for ensuring quality control by supervising external suppliers in Romania. They will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality standards of the commissioned garments.Activities
Monitoring and controlling garment's quality in the suppliersVerifying the construction and fit of the Outerwear production garmentFinal Quality Control of products within the established timeframesCoordinating with HQ and Moncler Employees involvedIssuing quality reports using dedicated management software
Who We Are Looking For
Technical knowledge of outerwear productsThe knowledge of down-jackets is a plusStrong knowledge of quality control processes3-5 years of experience in a Fashion & Luxury structured multinational organizations, in the same or similar roleExcellent communication skills, acute attention to detail and collaborative attitudeFlexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrentlyAvailability to travel and visit production sites in Italy and abroadHigh degree of autonomyAvailability for international mobilityFluent in English, Italian or Romanian
