We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-level support for hardware devices (PCs, printers, phones) directly on the job site. You will also be responsible for managing company telephony : configuring mobile devices, supporting users, and interacting with suppliers (e.g., activating SIM cards). Additionally, you will manage systems, creating and managing user accounts, and controlling access to the network.
Responsibilities include :
* Providing technical assistance to users
* Managing company telephony
* Configuring and troubleshooting hardware devices
* Managing user accounts and network access
* Collaborating with other teams to resolve issues
Requirements :
* 2-3 years of experience in IT (technical support, network management, user support)
* Good knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, ticketing tools, and Microsoft 365
* Able to work in a team and communicate effectively
* Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
* Desirable experience in industrial or production contexts
