1.Pre-sales support and technical alignment with clients (EPCs/System Integrators, Investors, Technical Advisors)2.Support sales team with Solar inverter /DG market /BESS system technical solutions3.Become a trusted technical advisor to the customer's engineering staff4.Track market demands from key accounts5.Set up a channel between internal team and customers6.Interpret regulatory requirements and provide input to the company's R&D7.Support, coordinate and develop the offers and technical solutions8.Convince customers to buy TBEA products from technical point of view9.Collect market information, including but not limited to, emerging market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor's information.10.Conduct product training, seminars, presentation to customers and/or other stakeholders if required11.Attend international fairs and congressesRequirements:1.Minimum 3 years' experience in Solar inverter/ DG Market / BESS projects or related areas (PV, wind, hydro, thermal plants, substations etc)2.Technical knowledge of Solar inverters, DG Market, BESS, wind converters and/or substations3.Familiar with PV system simulation software4.Proven network and experience with energy companies, project developers and EPCs5.Proven experience to work in multinational environment6.Proven track record in touch technical problem-solving skills7.Excellent communication skills both oral and written across functions and all level internally and externally8.Fluent in English.
