As part of our international expansion, we are looking for a Solution Architect with strong Pre-sales experience to join our Italian team. What we’re looking for : tech-savvy professional with a solid background in software architecture and experience in the system integration sector. You’ll work closely with the Technical Management Team, focusing on the Italian market. Key Responsibilities : Be part of a technical leadership team, aligning and enhancing cross-functional activities across delivery, pre-sales, and business development Act as a technical lead for high-level services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Manage client relationships, prepare pre-sales proposals and presentations, and help define technical solutions Work closely with the Business Development team to implement Proofs of Concept (PoC) and present tailored solutions What you bring : 6 years of experience as a Solutions Architect (required) Solid experience in software architecture: design, estimation, risk management, and implementation Proven experience in consulting firms (mandatory) Spanish language skills are a plus Strong leadership and communication skills Experience in Pre-sales activities, including technical solution design, project planning, and documentation Familiarity with Agile methodologies A proactive, creative mindset with a passion for innovation and team collaboration What we offer : A key role in the growth of our Italian branch Professional development with access to certification programs A dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive work environment Flexible hours and a strong focus on work-life balance 100% remote work model, with occasional travel if needed Ready to change your mood?
