THE PURPOSE
The Project Manager is fully responsible for the project during the Execution Readiness and Execution phases, from the handover from Sales through to final acceptance and transfer to Service. The role ensures the achievement of project KPIs and full compliance with contractual commitments.
YOUR TASKS
* Hold full responsibility for the project from Execution Readiness through to final acceptance and handover to Service.
* Plan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team.
* Ensure safe and successful project delivery in terms of safety, cost, quality, and schedule.
* Ensure alignment and coordination across key functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams.
* Represent the company towards clients and build strong, positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Guarantee compliance with HSE and technical requirements on site.
* Manage the financial performance of the project, monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control; identify project risks and implement mitigation measures proactively.
* Handle claims, disputes, and contractual negotiations and actively manage variations (change orders), invoicing, and cash collection.
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkey projects preferable.
* Experience in project management incl. full responsibility for multi‑million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Technical background with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering or similar.
* Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset.
* Experience in a global, cross‑functional environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
