Our client, a leading company in the Financial Services industry, is looking for a:
HR - Change Management Talent & DEI Manager
to join their Global HR Department.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Develop a change management plan to support the Cultural transformation of the Business unit to become an even more recognized player in the asset management sector, towards a customer centric, inclusive and excellence culture
2. Define and drive the implementation of a People Strategy, starting from the deploy of Engagement Survey to collect the needs and priorities to be addresses
3. Drive and coordinate talent management process as a key lever to invest on our human capital:
4. Talent management review (identification and validation process)
- Coordination and implementation of ad hoc development initiatives- Coordination of talent mobility
5. Coordination and implementation of Diversity Equity and Inclusion strategy for the BU linked to the related KPIs
Key Skills
6. Proven experience as a Change Manager in a Global Corporate setting
7. 7-8 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on change management, Talent management, D&I and engagement
8. Previous experiences in consulting firms preferred
9. International exposure (work experience preferred)
10. Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement and coordinate projects
11. Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel)
12. Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
13. English proficiency
14. Strong analytical skills
