Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support both product development and delivery phases of helicopter programs for national and international customers, including VIP, private operators and government entities. The role includes cross-functional coordination, schedule monitoring, and supporting technical and contractual deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal functions (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Customer Support, etc.) to ensure on-time and on-quality execution of development and delivery activities
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and support risk and issue management
- Support the definition and implementation of program changes or improvements (configuration changes, technical upgrades, etc.)
- Facilitate effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders, preparing reports, presentations, and updates
- Ensure alignment with contract requirements and program baselines
- Support customer visits, inspections, and acceptance activities
- Contribute to project budget tracking and reporting activities
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in project management or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Good proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project or equivalent)
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of program/project management tools and methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, Prince2)
- Exposure to international customers and multicultural environments
