This position reports to the team leader service delivery and is part of the department located in Milan (Buccinasco) and will be an on-site role.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS

* Reports directly to Service Delivery Team Leader SOUTH (Iberia, Italy & France).
* Works effectively with the Management Team, EMEA Service Delivery Team, Regional Service Team, Service Managers and across all departments (Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, Customer Care and Business Units) where necessary.

* In this role, you will have the opportunity to be or to do :
* Order spare parts if required and monitor their delivery.
* Process customer orders for Service Contracts
* Create Maintenance plan jobs (Preventative Maintenance) for the Field Service engineers in SFDC system and communicate the annual maintenance plan with Customers.
* Process all completed work orders from Field Service Engineers through to invoicing the customer
* Process spare part returns and monitor their progress through the process
* Process credit resolutions for customers in accordance with the Credit Control department requirements
* Work closely with the complete Service Delivery team to ensure all necessary transactions are completed in a timely manner
* Book collections with logistics companies
* Identify fields of improvements and optimization and work with the different Service team members to prioritize and roll out continuous improvement activities and projects
Essential job requirements include :
* Enjoy customer relations
* Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems is an essential requirements to be successful in this role
* Good level education achieved or demonstrated successful work experience in similar field of work
* French, English, Spanish fluent (spoken and written). Portuguese would be a plus
It would be a plus if you also had previous experience :
* 2 years' experience in a similar position
* SAP and SFDC Service Cloud experience would be an advantage
* Experience in multitasking jobs requiring parallel processing of multiple activities
