You will act as the clinical expert for IIG (Italy, Israel, and Greece), engaging with healthcare professionals to understand their needs, optimize workflows, support sales, train users, and provide market insights to enhance Philips monitoring solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesBe the clinical referent for HPM within the territory of competence (IIG: Italy, Israel and Greece).Understand customer needs and analyze/improve workflows.Support the sales process for both direct and indirect channels by highlighting the clinical advantages of our technology, proactively supporting sales for upgrades and new features for installed base, and advising marketing during tenders and system promotions.Educate the sales team on emerging clinical issues and position solutions to address market changes.
Stay up to date with developments in the clinical applications and operating field of the relevant equipment.Train customers post-sales to achieve optimal usage of our solutions and improve their workflows.Provide feedback from customers/markets on our solution back to the Business Innovation Unit.Support new product launches and provide required application reports upon completion of all application visits.You will also manage the Southern Italy Territory.QualificationsMaster degree level education or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or equivalent medical discipline.Almost 2/3 years of experience in a clinical environment, preferably in Acute Care or Emergency Department.Knowledge of clinical workflow within the domain.Experience in delivering clinical training.Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal guidance.Willingness to travel around the IIG zone is required.Advanced English (verbal and written) in addition to Italian as local language.Strong collaboration attitude in a networked working environment.About PhilipsWe are a health technology company.
