Customer Success Consultant North Italy



Job Description


We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Consultant for North Italy to help our customers derive maximum value from our products and services by acting as a liaison between the customer and our organization. Focusing on building strong, long-term relationships, you will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges. Your aim will be to foster customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by helping customers achieve their goals.


Your tasks as Customer Success Consultant North Italy:


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of customers.
• Gather feedback from customers and communicate that to the product team to inform future product enhancements.
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to customers as needed. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.
• Assist new customers with the onboarding process, helping them get set up and familiarized with the product or service.
• Provide training and educational resources to customers to help them optimize their use of the product or service.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Your Profile as Customer Success Consultant North Italy:


• 2–5 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in Customer Success or Account Management.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience within the transport logistics industry.
• Background in vehicle telematics or comparable SaaS solutions, with basic technical knowledge of software and hardware systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and build strong customer relationships.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, combined with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high customer satisfaction.
• Native Italian speaker, good level of English, additional languages a plus.
