As Senior Vice President, Learning & Development at KONE, you will shape the enterprise learning strategy to build a future‑ready workforce and drive performance and growth. You will lead a global L&D organization, scale AI‑powered, skills‑based learning, and embed learning into the flow of work across field, sales, and leadership roles. You will leverage data to demonstrate business impact and advance safety, methods, products, and technical capabilities. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise capability decisions at the highest level and foster a high‑performance learning culture.

* Evolve operating model, governance, and ways of working
* Build learning analytics and skills intelligence capabilities
* Use data to prioritise development and demonstrate business value
* Act as a key member of the P&C Leadership Team
* Partner with business leaders to align capabilities with strategy
* Influence enterprise workforce and capability decisions
Responsabilità
* Senior leadership experience in L&D, Talent or similar
* Track record in large‑scale transformation in global organisations
* Experience in operational or service‑driven environments is an advantage
* Strong understanding of digital and AI‑driven learning solutions
* Experience leveraging data and analytics for decision‑making
* Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
* Proven leader of high‑performing teams
