Job Description
As F&B Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and coordinate all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, room service, banqueting, and event catering, ensuring a seamless and refined guest experience.
* Develop and execute the F&B strategy in alignment with the hotel’s brand standards and financial objectives.
* Ensure consistent excellence in food and beverage quality, presentation, and service, with close attention to detail and innovation.
* Inspire, train, and manage F&B teams (chefs, service staff, bartenders, etc.) to deliver exceptional service and embody a luxury hospitality mindset.
* Collaborate with culinary leadership to design and update menus that reflect seasonal trends, culinary creativity, and guest preferences.
* Oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships, optimizing cost control and minimizing waste without compromising quality.
* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all F&B operations.
* Act as a key point of contact for guests, handling feedback and resolving any issues with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage leadership role within a 5-star hotel environment, including involvement in at least one pre-opening project.
* In-depth knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including wine, spirits, and cocktails.
* Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and managing budgets.
* Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* Passion for the hospitality industry and crafting enriching experiences for customers.
