Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization\nTo drive consistency in the delivery and implementation of Retail learning programs that enable a premium consumer experience, support operational excellence and helps adidas meet or exceed our business and people objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nService Culture: Role-model service standards and salesfloor leadership skills\nProvide feedback on observed service behaviors of all team members\nDrive daily Team Huddles and Team Captain role on the salesfloor\nChampion consumer NPS and membership initiatives\nConduct consumer NPS call-backs\nDrive product knowledge transfer to selling behaviors\nSupport adoption of consumer facing tools. Learning Operations Create monthly training calendar with store leadership and local Training team\nPlan and coordinate all learning activities for new and existing team members\nGo-to person in store for adidas retail digital learning platforms\nGuide and support Store Leadership Team on creating and completing learning plans\nOrganize and ensure availability of relevant training materials\nSupport participant journey in expert and specialists certification programs\nSupport learning needs related to campaign launches and events Learning Delivery Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions\nCo-lead implementation of adidas consumer Service Model (CEI) with Store Leadership\nDeliver service and selling skills training\nDeliver evergreen and seasonal product learning in relevant categories\nDeliver new employee Onboarding program\nEngage with the learners throughout their digital learning journey What We Appreciate In Our Employees At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry, ideally in sports/fashion/footwear, with a demonstrated training background and an exposure to building and developing sales teams\nExperience as a sales coach, a training specialist, or a similar position in the retail industry\nResult orientation and excellent knowledge of retail KPI analysis\nRemarkable coaching skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nAbility to effectively deploy training programs to small groups or to a large audience during training workshops\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nVous parlez Français couramment (C1 level or above in French)\nEnglish (B2 level or above) #careersadidas\n#retail\n#inStoreTrainer\n#ItStartsWithYou\nadidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
