PThe primary purpose is to support the sales process to ensure assigned sales revenues for the allocated area are achieved in collaboration with the local team. This should be achieved by implementing sales, pricing, and contracting strategies which have been agreed with the Vascular team. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManage The Business /liliLead and manage local commercial customer interaction looking for sales opportunities in collaboration with the clinical team. /liliFollow the country commercial plan as defined by the Manager, Commercial Business. /liliManage pricing, contracting, and tender tasks within the allocated region to protect and grow current business and create new opportunities. /liliEnsure catalog pricing systems are aligned with Cook pricing systems to facilitate order processing and timely payments. /liliDemonstrate knowledge about the bidding and ordering process within customer accounts and seek improvements. /liliCapture and share competitor data to enhance sales opportunities. /liliEnsure delivery of services as per contracts from both Cook and customer sides. /liliIdentify, establish, and develop relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals to enable better commercial discussions. /liliMeet or exceed commercial targets and KPIs (margin, adherence to price principles, ROI) set by management. /liliDemonstrate knowledge of the Vascular product range, related medical disciplines, and commercial tools. /liliFollow up on customer requests and commitments, review meetings, and feedback to the team. /li /ulpbSecuring Employee Development And Organisational Culture /b /pulliMaintain our culture, values, and commitment to Ethics and Compliance as outlined in Cook’s Code of Conduct. /liliEnsure all quality, regulatory, and product-specific requirements are met. /liliConduct business with integrity and in compliance with applicable standards and policies. /liliWork closely with the sales team, commercial team, and support functions to provide excellent service and achieve business outcomes. /li /ulpbQualifications /b /pulliPrevious experience in medical sales and commercial roles is preferred. /liliAbility to meet frequently with customers and decision-makers. /liliWillingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. /liliProven commercial and business acumen. /liliKnowledge of products or procedures is an advantage. /liliGood communication and interpersonal skills. /liliFluent in English and other relevant languages. /liliStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. /liliAttention to detail and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent organizational skills and self-motivation. /li /ulpbSeniority level /b /pulliEntry level /li /ulpbEmployment type /b /pulliFull-time /li /ulpbJob function /b /pulliOther /liliMedical Equipment Manufacturing /li /ulpJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
