We are now looking for a BI – CRM – IT Leader who will play a key role in shaping our data ecosystem, empowering the business with insights, and guiding the local digital transformation.
About the Role
Your mission is to build and maintain a robust data environment that supports strategic and operational decision-making, ensuring reliable, compliant and meaningful use of BI tools, CRM platforms and IT infrastructure across the subsidiary.
This is a unique opportunity to drive the transition from descriptive reporting to predictive insight, enabling the business to get the very best out of data.
What You Will Lead & Deliver
Business Intelligence & Data Systems
Build, maintain and evolve a reliable and future-ready BI ecosystem.
Ensure high-quality data processes (sell-in / sell-out, workflows, validation, reporting).
Create dashboards, KPIs and analytical tools that support business intelligence and strategy.
Lead the cultural shift toward advanced analytics and predictive insights.
Ensure compliance with Group guidelines and GDPR requirements.
Train and engage users to promote data literacy and BI adoption.
CRM Leadership
Guarantee that the CRM platform is the single source of truth for all customer-related information.
Collaborate with Group IS & BI to implement guidelines, roadmaps and new data integrations.
Oversee local CRM specialists, ensuring continuous improvement and efficient use of the tool.
Ensure consistency between CRM, ERP and sell-out systems.
Promote CRM adoption within Sales & Marketing teams.
IT Coordination
Ensure effective local IT support, asset management and license control.
Guarantee alignment with Group IT policies, cybersecurity standards and infrastructure requirements.
Oversee vendors, IT projects, application deployment and daily support operations.
Support long-term IT sustainability and optimisation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Care, Demand Planning and Group-level teams to ensure data-driven excellence across the organization.
Who We Are Looking For
Essential qualifications
Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Experience in Microsoft and CRM environments.
Strong background in commercial data management.
Fluent English (B2 level or higher).
Nice to have
First experience in managing people or strong leadership potential.
Knowledge of the animal health or pharmaceutical sector.
