BRALO, a multinational industrial sector company, is seeking to expand its sales team in Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with existing customers and proactively seeking new clients to contribute to the company's growth.

We offer comprehensive services from design and engineering of customized solutions to product fixing, repairs, testing, and advisory services.

With production facilities on three continents, presence in 10 countries, and a workforce exceeding 400 employees worldwide, we operate an extensive commercial network with nine delegations and numerous authorized distributors and dealers. Main Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies for major accounts in Italy and integrate them into the sector-specific Sales Plan.
2. Regularly visit end-user customers in line with the company's commercial policy.
3. Attract new clients within the industrial sector through marketing activities.
4. Support customer service to achieve optimal sales results.
5. Monitor contract conditions between BRALO and its clients.
6. Provide technical consultations via telephone or email.
7. Prepare commercial offers and conduct practical demonstrations at BRALO facilities or customer sites.
8. Create reports for decision-making, including monitoring unpaid bills, changes in commercial conditions, and delivery deadlines.
9. Participate actively in trade fairs as an exhibitor or visitor.
10. Manage, control, and analyze sales in collaboration with the Sales Team Manager, Accounting Manager, and Managing Director.
11. Handle client claims requiring commercial support and guide them through the appropriate channels for resolution.
12. Ensure the sales team has accurate and up-to-date customer information.


Job Requirements:

1. Studies in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
2. 3 to 5 years of commercial experience in account management within the fasteners sector.
3. Experience negotiating with Central and Purchasing Groups.
4. Residence in the Bologna area.
5. Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays if necessary.
6. Upper-intermediate proficiency in English or Spanish.
