Qualifications

• Recently finished a university degree in Economy, Management engineering, Communication, or a Master's in Food and Gastronomy (within the last year or recent completion).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proactive, autonomous, willing to learn, and passionate about marketing, customer marketing, and sales.
• Fluent in both English and Italian.

Benefits

• Place of work: Milan, Italy.
• Start: September 2026.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Compensation: 1000€ gross per month (up to 1200€ for relocation/commuting > 100km).
• Access to the company restaurant.
• 10 days off.
• Work‐from‐home policy: 2 days remote per week plus 2 extra days per month.
• Work hours: 40h/week.
• Free canteen when working from the office, gym for 5€/month, and postal and pharmacy services.

3. 1st Interview: you will meet a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a discussion about your motivation and experience.

4. Assessment Day: you'll attend an assessment day at our Milan office to meet colleagues and get a picture of an internship at Mondelēz.

5. Final Interview: you will have an interview with the hiring manager.
