We have international clients and a small team of highly qualified individuals who enjoy solving complex problems. Role Description We need someone to take charge of designing and implementing a sales strategy. We need an independent person who gets her hands dirty firsthand, to convert efficiently the leads we are collecting from the market. We need also help on the go-to-market strategy, conducting market research, and handling PR. Currently, leads come through word-of-mouth within our network, and we would like to establish an organic growth strategy. The person will report directly to the founders in weekly meetings. Responsibilities Create, maintain and nurture a sales pipeline Define and implement a sales strategy to convert leads Design a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals. Conduct market analysis, analyze trends, and competitors' strategies to position the company. Implement and monitor the marketing strategy through KPIs. Manage the marketing budget and measure the ROI of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with product team to refine messaging and drive product launches. Enhance digital presence and lead generation through SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies. Branding & PR Requirements Skills in market planning, marketing management, and sales for B2B technology products. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. Experience 3 years in B2B: XaaS Software: Hubspot, SEM tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Fluent in English. Overseas study or work experiences. Experience in startups with key roles.
