This involves operating the machines, conducting root cause analysis, and ensuring that test units and equipment are updated to meet requirements and fulfil test requests. /ppbYour Impact /b /pulliConduct field tests on combines and headers, ensuring high-quality incident reporting using AGCO tools. /liliPlan, monitor, and report field test activities in coordination with the engineering team. /liliOptimize field test equipment and procedures; analyse and document test results. /liliCollaborate with team members to plan and control activities effectively. /liliContribute to root cause analysis for reported issues and ensure adherence to standards. /li /ulpbYour Experience and Qualifications /b /pulliBachelor’s / master’s in engineering (Agricultural, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) /liliExtensive experience (2-3 years or more) with combine harvesters and other agricultural machinery, either as an operator, repairman, or both. /liliGeneral understanding of farming practices and agricultural processes /liliExperience with hydraulic systems, mechanical drives, electrical systems, and other machine components. /liliProficient in MS Office and basic CAD. /liliAvailability to travel (50% or plus of working time), Europe and partially worldwide. /li /ulpWe value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
