The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and curious individual with a strong interest in Human Resources, eager to grow in a dynamic and design-driven environment.
As part of the HR team, you will support various aspects of the employee lifecycle and contribute to people-related initiatives, with a focus on culture, development, and internal engagement.
Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting recruitment processes, from CV screening to interview scheduling
* Assisting in onboarding and offboarding activities
* Helping manage personnel documentation and administrative tasks
* Supporting internal communication and employee engagement projects
* Collaborating on training initiatives and corporate culture programs
* Contributing to HR reporting and performance management processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Economics, or related fields
* Strong interest in HR topics and willingness to learn
* Good organizational and time management skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
