We are seeking Part-Time Client Advisors for our Castel Romano Outlet store. Key Responsibilities Prioritize client experience, understanding their needs and desires. Welcome and assist clients, providing excellent service. Engage clients with storytelling and questions to build authentic relationships. Handle complaints effectively and liaise with management when needed. Lead on the sales floor to meet sales goals and KPIs. Engage in cross-selling and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain brand and product knowledge. Keep the store and visual displays high standard, adhering to company guidelines. Ensure security and prevent thefts, including tagging merchandise. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitors. Develop loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. Key Requirements Experience in sales; experience in luxury retail is a plus. Understanding of luxury products and client service. Strong communication skills; willingness to evolve and possibly relocate. Digitally aware and open to new working methods.
