We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our Purchasing Department, the ideal candidate will manage purchasing processes.
Responsibilities:
* Order Emission and Follow-Up: Issue production orders, confirm supplier acceptance, and closely monitor progress to ensure all timelines are met.
* Time & Action (T&A) Management: Develop and maintain the production Time & Action (T&A) calendar, tracking each milestone and ensuring all departments and suppliers adhere to deadlines.
* Shipping Documentation Verification and System Upload: Review packing lists, invoices, and export documentation for accuracy and compliance, and upload them into internal systems to ensure smooth dispatch and efficient customs clearance.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics or related fields.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in this field.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
* Fluent command of the English language (written and spoken).
* Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
