Assistant Store Manager is central for the store and fundamental in providing support to the Store Manager. Indeed, you will be acting as a guide for the instore Team, in order to lead it to the correct management of the store, but also as a mentor of new Sales Assistants. You are a Tod´s Ambassador promoting our Company Values.
Main tasks
1 Team Focus

- Manage, develop and motivate the team in the daily activities giving continuous feedback, to create Team (safeguarding and promoting respect and collaboration between colleagues, mediating any quarrel that may arise within the team by group coaching or one-to-one meetings)
- Communicate clearly, correctly and courteously with Colleagues regarding different languages to establish a mutual trust and a strong relationship
2 Customer Focus

- Cultivate a relationship with Clients through an active and continuous presence on the shop floor and by providing a unique experience in line with the brand philosophy, the corporate image, and communication and CRM guidelines.
- Communicate clearly, correctly and courteously with Clients regarding different languages to establish mutual trust and a strong relationship
- Guide sales operations ensuring that both client service and selling ceremony are compliant with Tod’s values and guidelines with the aim to provide a special Client experience
- Support Store Manager in the organization of the events with the aim of introducing new customers to Tod’s Group and increasing loyalty
3 Product Focus
