Overview
The Role
We are a fast-growing, innovative startup looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build AI agents. If you’re flexible, energetic, and passionate about programming, this might be the right role for you! Full-time contract with flexible hours Fully remote with regular multi-day meetups / retreats every couple of months
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain the customer dashboard with a strong emphasis on UX / UI; optimize front-end performance; integrate with backend services and APIs; solve AI engineering–related problems.
Requirements
Core Tech Stack: Next.js (App Router & Server Components), Node.js (and Express.js), React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Postgres.
Bonus Skills: Experience or strong interest in AI / Context Engineering (e.g. OpenAI APIs, building RAG systems, etc.).
Soft Skills
Flexible and adaptable mindset in a startup environment. Willingness to learn and experiment with new tech. Passion for programming. Self-discipline for remote work, with openness to monthly in-person meetings.
Location
Must be based in or near Northern Italy or able to attend periodic in-person meetings.
